中文摘要 | 傳統知識管理是採集中保存架構,且此結構已成為主要資訊處理的方式。然而,知識保存在資訊儲藏中心並無法有效的整合,進而產生新的智慧。近年來,由於網路通訊技術大規模提升和網際網路的蓬勃發展,促使知識管理的方式轉變。本篇論文即探討知識管理,由集中資訊儲藏方式轉變到交談式知識管理的模式,進而邁向協同型智慧。本文亦分析網路發展趨勢,提出協同智慧在Web 2.0的應用,並討論邁向協同智慧的主要構面。本篇論文說明並展現有效率及符合經濟效益的知識管理的方式。 |
英文摘要 | Conventional knowledge management through a centralized repository framework has been the prominent approach to handle large volumes of information since the instigation of World Wide Web. However, knowledge residing in the repositories has not been accumulated or integrated to generate new intelligence. With the massive increase of communication technologies available, a change of paradigm in knowledge management is produced. This article investigates the shift from a knowledge repository approach to a conversational collaborative foundation of knowledge management. Basic applications of collaborative intelligence are proposed. It analyzes recent web trends to produce support for the change. The article demonstrates the opportunity for more effective and feasible knowledge management. |
