中文摘要 | 小提琴是屬高經濟價值的木製品,集科學、技術與藝術於一體,是樂器工藝的最高表現。至今加工主要還是仰賴高度的手工技術,但工資高昂的現今,低價產品無法與大陸或東南亞相比。因此本研究以逆向工程技術,將手工製作的小提琴面板,輕重建面板CAD模型及編輯加工程式後,進行CNC加工,並進行音響振動實驗。主要結論如下:(1)逆向工程結合手工模型的設計方法,可應用於小提琴面板等具有複雜自由曲面的產品,可快速產生產品的工程圖,且允許局部的外型設計變更。(2)以重建之面板CAD模型為核心,應用Alpha CAM軟體設計及加工時,在建製面板本身的加工,可利用編修功能,精確建立面板加工時的定位模具,故具有重複使用的效益。(3)以扭曲面加工的表面平滑度,可經由公式計算出扇形高度,作為加工的基準,依需求設定切削寬度,增加加工效率。(4)小提琴面板的五種常用的自由振動模態,會隨著加工越接近完工階段,各模態出現的頻率會越低。除纖維板外,其餘均呈現類似的自由振動模態,以雲杉面板之振動模態最完整而清楚。 |
英文摘要 | The violin is a piece of woodwork with high economic value. It is one of the most regarded musical instruments incorporating crafts, science, technology, and art into one organic whole. By far, violin making is still highly depending on hands-on crafts. At present days violins produced by hand in Taiwan can not compete with those made in China nor in Southeast Asia due to the high labor costs. The study is focusing on producing violin top plates with lower costs by using reverse engineering techniques which is to reconstruct a hand crafted violin top plate into an edited CAD model. After the CAD model is established, the violin top plates were produced by CNC machine and tested acoustically. Thee main conclusions in this study are as following: 1. The reverse engineering techniques using a hand-crafted object as a model can be applied to products with complicated free curved surfaces such as the violin top plate. It is also capable of producing the product-drawing with the allowance of design modification. 2. By using the Alpha CAM software, the established violin top plate CAD model can be accurately rebuilt. The editorial function of Alpha CAM program allows perfect localization of the model during the processing of the violin plates. So, it has the benefit of multiple usages. 3. To obtain smoother 3D curved surfaces, the widths of the rounded-cutting tools can be set according to the datum resulting from a calculated formula of the fan-shaped heights. 4. The frequencies of the first 5 Chladni patterns of free vibration violin top plates decrease paralleling with the stages of completion of the violin top plates. All the violin top plates in different materials, except the fiberboard, present similar Chladni patterns. Among the violin top plates, the spruce plate has the most complete and distinct Chladni patterns. |
