中文摘要 | 本研究係以Y2O3為激發材料,經過均勻攪拌添加到不同含量之負雕子 (Negative Ion,NI) 粉體中,製成具備蓄熱保溫及負離子功能之複合粉體。將複合粉體加入至水性PU均勻攪拌後再與增稠劑混合,再經由攪拌機均勻攪拌後並施以真空脫泡,使複合物體均勻分散在水性PU中,弄以濕式塗佈法,經由塗佈棒塗佈於離型紙上,以製成PU/ Y2O3/NI複合薄膜後,經烘乾成形,以探討Y2O3激發材及負離子粉體含量之改變對複合薄膜蓄熱保溫及負離子功能之影響。 |
英文摘要 | Y2O3 is used as the excited material in this paper. Y2O3 is added into negative ion powder (NI) with different content through the stirring uniformly, so as to fabricate the composite powders with heat accumulation and negative ion functions. Furthermore, the composite powder is added into water-borne polyurethane solution and cross linking agent, and stirring evenly with the mixer then vacuum defoaming, so as to the composite powders could distribute in polyurethane solution evenly. Such solution was coated with a coating rod onto a non-woven and heated it to form a PU /Y2O3/NI composite films. The effects of Y2O3 and NI powders content on the heat accumulation and static negative ion release amount of composite films are also investigated. |
