中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的,乃在探討一位就讀技術學院二專幼保科的準幼兒教師之教學信念的發展歷程及其影響因素。本研究採用質化研究取向,並以個案研究的方式進行探究,而蒐集資料的方式則包括自然觀察、深度訪談,以及文件分析。經過一年半的探究,研究者獲得幾個主要的研究發現:(1)準幼兒教師教學信念的內容包括「教育目標」、「師生關係」、「學習活動的安排」、「班級經營」,以及「教學方法」等幾個方面;(2)因受早年經驗的影響,準幼兒教師初入師資培育機構時,即已從早年的家庭生活及學校生活經驗中省思出教學信念;(3)準幼兒教師從早年經驗中所省思出來的教學信念,復經師資培育課程的影響而顯得更加堅定;(4)影響準幼兒教師教學信念發展的相關因素包括早年的家庭生活及學校生活經驗、師資培育課程、相關書籍,以及見習與實習的經驗。其中,又以早年的家庭生活及學校生活經驗的影響層面最為深遠。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate one preschool pre-service teacher on her teaching beliefs, development of the teaching beliefs, and factors affecting the teaching beliefs. Qualitative research method was used for case study. Data were collected by naturalistic observations, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis. Following results were found after one and half years of research: (a) The contents of teaching beliefs of the preschool pre-service teacher included primarily the following: belief of educational purpose, belief of teacher-student relationship, belief of arranging teaching courses and activities, belief of classroom management, and belief of teaching method, (b) Due to influence of early experiences, preschool pre-service teacher developed her teaching beliefs right after her enrollment in teachers colleges. (c) The preschool pre-service teacher's development of teaching beliefs under the influence of early experiences showed clearly after teacher education course. (d) Factors affecting the preschool pre-service teacher's teaching beliefs included the early experiences, teacher education courses, relevant publication, and the experience of observation and practice. |
