中文摘要 | 本論文旨在探討不同織物結構對麻纖維織物補強複合材料之彎曲性質和衝擊性質的影響,實驗開發四種複合材料分別為麻平紋織物補強環氧樹脂、三次元麻互鎖型織物補強環氧樹脂、麻平紋織物補強聚乳酸樹脂以及三次元麻互鎖型織物補強聚乳酸樹脂。在熱固性環氧樹酯複合材料製作方面:採手工積層方式來含浸樹脂,輔以模具在熱壓機上加熱加壓成型。在熱塑性聚乳酸複合材料製作方面,結合樹脂膜(Resin film)和熱壓方式來製作成複合材料。實驗以材料試驗機(MTS 810 system)及擺錘式衝擊試驗機(Izod)來分別測試複合材料的彎曲性質和衝擊強度,此外也探討其相關破壞式。實驗結果顯示,2D平紋麻織物和3D互鎖型麻織物皆改善環氧樹脂和聚乳酸的彎曲性質和衝擊性質。彎曲性質方面,在互鎖型麻織物複合材料不論在經方向和緯方向的測試,其抗彎曲模數提效能不弱平紋麻織物複合材料。彎曲實驗發現互鎖型麻織物紗線之捲縮幅度較大,導致受力容易變形,因此抗彎曲模數提升較少。在衝擊性質方面,於聚乳酸複合材料方面,平紋麻織物與互鎖型織物所得的衝擊值相當。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of fabric structures on the bending and impacting properties of jute fabrics reinforced composites were reported in the current study. Four composites (plain jute fabric reinforced epoxy resin, 3D interlock jute fabric reinforced epoxy resin, plain jute fabric reinforced polylactic acid resin and, 3D interlock jute fabric reinforced polylactic acid resin) were developed to estimate the bending and impacting characteristics of the composites. The hand lay-up and molding assistant manufacturing techniques were used to make the thermoset composites. The impregnated fabrics were heated and pressed onto a hot press machine to cure the composites. For thermoplastic composites, resin film technology and hot press with mold were used to prepare the 2D plain and 3D interlock jute fabrics reinforced PLA composites. A material test system (MTS 810) was used to characterize the bending properties of the composites. Furthermore, an IZOD impacting instrument was used to examine the impacting energy absorption of the composites. The failure phenomenon of the composites was, also, discussed, in this study. The 2D-plain and 3D-interlock jute fabrics enhanced the bending and impacting properties of the epoxy and PLA composites. The bending modulus for 3D- interlock jute fabrics composite in warp- or and weft- directional bending have higher than that of 2D-plain jute fabrics composites. The large crimp of yarn in 3D-interlock fabric lead the composite deform easily in bending test. So, the 3D-interlock fabric composites have lower bending modulus. For impact properties, both 2D-plain fabrics composites and 3D-interlock fabrics reinforced PLA composites have equal properties in Izod test. Furthermore, the 2D-plain fabrics reinforced epoxy composites have good impact energy absorption than that of the 3D-interlock fabrics reinforced epoxy composites. |
