中文摘要 | 本研究之目的旨在發展護理學生評量臨床教學品質量表。以系統理論作為發展該量表的基礎。本量表之發展係評值專家小組系統理論架構和相關文獻,經多次討論擬定而成。內容包括教學輸入、過程和結果三大部分。量表請三位相關教育專家學者測試內容效度,獲內容效度一致性。量表以166位綜合實習的學生為對象測試,獲內在一致信度0.93、再測信度0.83,項目分析以校正之相關值檢驗每題之鑑別力,19子題之相關數值在0.62以上(p<.001)。以探索性因素分析測試建構效度,結果19個子項目全部保留,抽取出二個因素包括臨床教學能力和教師個人特質,可解釋的總變異量為68.92%。護理臨床教學品質量表之心理測量學特質可被支持。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to develop and to validate a scale for nursing students to evaluate clinical teaching quality. The conceptual model for this study was derived from the system theory. The scale was developed by a group of experts in the area of course evaluation. The tool included: input, process and outcome. The psychometric property of the measure was tested in a sample of 166 practicum students. Instrument reliability was supported with the internal consistency alpha of .93 and the test-retest reliability of .83. The content validity agreement was established by three experts in nursing education. The results of the exploratory factor analysis revealed that the scale was a two-factor structure and explained up to 68.92% of the variance. These results suggested that the psychometric property of the instrument was supported. |
