中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討腎臟保健教學光碟於慢性腎臟病之防治成效。由於全球罹患慢性腎臟病人數的快速增加,因此如何有效防治慢性腎臟病,已成為世界各國重視的議題之一,包括臺灣。提供有效的衛生教育加強民眾的防治觀念為慢性腎臟病重要的防治要點,因此須進一步探討衛生教育指導工具的有效性。採類實驗研究設計法,先以方便取樣方式,取得符合慢性腎臟病高危險群收案標準的團體16組;再以隨機分配之方式,將其分成實驗組及對照組,共取得研究對象265人。以「慢性腎臟病防治知識、態度及行為量表」測量研究成效。研究結果發現實驗組知識、態度及行為在立即後測分數皆較前測分數為進步。而實驗組在知識及態度立即後測之進步分數亦較對照組為佳,達顯著差異(p<.05)。顯示腎臟保健教學光碟於慢性腎臟病防治為一合適的衛生教育指導工具,尤其對民眾防治知識及態度的增進最具成效。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching videodisc for kidney health promotion in preventing chronic kidney disease. Owing to the rapidly increasing number of chronic kidney disease clients around the world, effective prevention of chronic kidney disease has become a priority in many countries including Taiwan. As effective health education is crucial to the prevention and treatment of chronic health disease, it is necessary to examine the effectiveness of the teaching tools used. In this study a quasi-experimental design was employed. First, convenient sampling was used to select 16 groups of patients with a high risk of chronic kidney disease. The subjects were then randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group and a total of 265 subjects participated in the study. The structured questionnaire was used to measure knowledge, attitude and behavior of chronic kidney disease prevention. The results indicated that the scores for knowledge, attitude and behavior in the immediate post-test were better than those of the pre-test in the experimental group. The experimental group's scores for knowledge and attitude in immediate post-test were also significantly better than those of the control group (p < .05). The kidney health promotion teaching videodisc may therefore offer a useful teaching tool for chronic kidney disease prevention particularly for improving the knowledge and attitude of the general public. |
