中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,旨在探討二位幼兒園教師教室內幼兒衝突事件的緣由、二位教師面對和處理衝突事件的過程,以及二位教師處理幼兒突衝行為對教室內社會道德情境的影響。研究方法採用質化研究取向,蒐集資料的方式自然觀察與深度訪談。經過長達十個月的探究,研究者獲得以下幾個主要的研究發現:(1)二位教師認為,戶外時間以及活動與活動間的轉接時間,是幼兒最容易發生衝突行為的時段,而模仿科幻小說中的人物、入學轉學新生多以及幼兒的家庭教育,則被認為是幼兒在學校容易發生肢體衝突事件的主要原因;(2)老師堅持處理衝突的原則、作息的緊湊以園長的壓力、影響二位位教師處理幼兒衝求之品質;(3)活動間的專接時間是二位教師最感困擾,也是最希望能「控制」孩子行為的時刻;(4)二位教師處理幼兒衝突事件的過程,造成師生關係的對立;(5)肢體衝突是幼兒主要發生的衝突模式,而二位教師解決衝突的方式,亦導致孩子們同儕關係的惡化。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to discuss how children's conflict behaviors are caused in two preschool teachers' classrooms, how the two preschool teachers solve the children's conflict in their classrooms, and how the two preschool teachers solve children's conflict behaviors influence the sociomoral atmospheres in their classrooms. This case study uses the qualitative methods and the naturalistic observation and interivew for collecting the data. After ten months of this study, the findings show that: (1) the two teachers express that the outdoor play and transition time are the time easily causing children's conflict behaviors. They also think that the physical conflicts of children are caused by imitating the characters in novels, enrolling too many transfer students and newcomers in the classroom, and influencing from the children's families education; (2) Because of the insistence on the "assertive principle" for dealing with the children's conflicts, the unchangeable daily routine and the feeling of "stress" from the director, the processes of dealing the children's conflicts form the two teachers are influenced; (3) During the transition time, the relationships between teachers and children are always presented in a tensional situation; (4) The processes of solving the children's conflict problems from the two teachers cause frications between teachers and children; (5) The physical conflicts are the mian conflict behaviors of the children. Moreover, the ways the two teachers deal with the children's conflict problems worse the peer relationships. |
