中文摘要 | 「無所不在的行動學習」是繼「數位學習」後,另一個學習的里程碑。無所不在的行動學習須建立在無所不在的無線網路運算環境上。因此,在本論文裡,我們先定義無所不在的網路社會概念,再對建構無所不在的網路平台所需之條件與技術做一番詳實的剖析,找出最適合建置行動學習環境之技術,再提出符合教學理論與無所不在行動學習環境特色之系統設計,最後並詳細說明系統內各單元之特色與運作流程及系統架構。無所不在行動學習架構在充分的學習理論導引下,以PDA 或平板電腦為主要學習載具來構建移動式學習環境。它包含了規劃完全的傳統數位學習環境,可以用來追蹤學生的學習活動。為了讓行動學習載具能呈現更個人化、情境化的學習內容,它也將環境感知與識別定位技術融入系統內,以便將識別定位後的學習內容傳送給學習者進行學習。整合了這三個學習環境,學生就可以隨時隨地使用不同的學習載具進行有效的學習活動,真正達成「無所不在的行動學習」目標。 |
英文摘要 | A ubiquitous network consists of a wide variety of networks that offer such attributes as broadband capabilities, mobile characteristics, and continuous dedicated access via any mode or medium, such as stationary or mobile terminals, wired or wireless systems, and telecom or broadcasting equipment. It is capable of supporting any IT equipment, such as mobile phones, PDAs (hand-held personal digital assistants), car navigation terminals, and consumer information appliances, as well as desktop computers and mobile PCs that are connected or networked with each other via a barrier-free interface. It thereby creates an environment in which digital data can be exchanged in an interactive and seamless manner, with more freedom and comfort than ever. A ubiquitous mobile e-Learning system which is built on the ubiquitous network infrastructure offers a new way to learn. This paper sets out a framework for the design of a ubiquitous mobile e-Learning system that supports learning from any location throughout a lifetime. The proposed three-layer infrastructure is not only a case of learning about the capabilities of mobile devices and platforms but also capable of applying their functionalities and sound learning theories to operational e-Learning environment. Many experts in the field think this design could be regarded as the best practice of a ubiquitous mobile e-Learning implementation today. |
