英文摘要 | The most important character that a college or university graduates are considered for employment is their morality. Loyalty, reliability, and confidence are the characters which are highly appreciated by employers. Secondly come their attitude as well as working abilities. We developed a formula to explain the competence of a favorite employee. That is: Competence = Morality (Knowledge + Skill)(superscript Attitute) Professional skills including problem solving ability, team working spirit, professional certificates, English or other languages proficiency and working experiences are generally treasured. Subjects in general education are very important for university students besides knowledge and skill, especially when leadership is emphasized. |
