中文摘要 | 本研究為瞭解臺灣教師對全球在地化思維與實踐的觀點,以問卷 得到122份有效卷,調查教師對個人生活情形、教學實踐與學生表現 之全球在地化之理念、規劃與行動九個向面的同意度。結果顯示:1. 整體而言,教師對全球在地化之同意度,理念高於規劃及行動,對自 己全球在地化之同意高於對學生表現的同意。2.男老師同意教師個人 全球在地化生活規劃高於女老師。3.教本國語教師在全球在地化個人 生活規劃與行動、教學實踐之行動、學生活規劃四個向面之同意度皆 低於不教本國語教師;教科學教師的個人生活理念之同意度高於不教 科學的教師。4. 在教師全球在地化生活理念、規劃及行動及教學實 踐之理念、規劃,都以國高中教師同意最高,但是在教學實踐行動及 學生生活理念及行動卻以大專以上教師同意最高。 5. 教師生活思維 愈具有全球在地化就愈同意自己教學實踐全球在地化,而同意教學實 踐全球在地化也會關聯到他同意學生全球在地化的理念。但同意學生 生活表現卻無相關教師自己的生活理念;在國高中階段有負相關的情 形;在大專以上階段有無相關情形。本研究提出全球在地化融入教學 行動的建議,國中、高中、大專教師更需要教學策略來提升學生全球 在地化的學習。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand teachers’ reflection of glocalization in Taiwan. This study obtained 122 valid questionnaires in order to understand teachers’ approving attitude on their own personal life, teaching practice and their student performance of glocalization. The results showed that: 1. Overall, the teachers had a more positive approving attitude on the conception of glocalization than planning and action. Also, teachers had a more positive approving attitude on their own glocalization than students’. 2. Male teachers had a better approving attitude on their personal life planning of glocalization than female teachers. 3.Teachers who teach Mandarin had a lower approving attitude than other teachers on their personal life planning and action, teaching action and student’s life planning. In addition, teachers who teach science had a more positive approving attitude than other teachers on personal life planning. 4. Junior and senior school teachers had a more positive approving attitude on their life conception, planning and action of glocalization, but college teachers had a more positive approving attitude on teaching practice and action and students life conception and action of glocalization. 5. There were significant positive correlations on the approving attitude of glocalization between teachers’ personal life and teaching practice, and there were also significant positive correlations on approving attitude of glocalization between teaching practice and student’s conception. However, there were no correlations between teacher’s life conception and their students’ life performance, even it showed a significant negative correlation on the junior and senior school teachers’ personal life action and students’ life conception, and no correlation on college level. This study proposed future recombination that junior school, senior school and college teachers should give more teaching strategies to enhance teaching glocalizaiton. |
