中文摘要 | 大林慈濟醫院承辦嘉義縣九十三年度特殊教育醫療專業團隊服務,診視嘉義縣國中、小身心障礙或發展遲緩學生共160名,男女生分別為113人及47人。評估學生之各項能力,包括認知能力、生活自理能力、語言能力、粗動作及精細動作。結果發現學生的疾病種類以智障最多,共64名:構音困難22名,自閉症12名,過動症12名,聽障9名,腦性麻痺4名,唐氏症4名,其他診斷26名。評估發現,生活自理能力方面,可自己完成吃飯、穿脫衣服、洗澡的學生數,分別是155名 (96.9%)、132名 (82.5%)、107名 (66.9%)。語言能力異常學生最多,共93名 (58.1%)。粗動作發展較佳,僅52人 (32.5%)較差。但精細動作能力則較不理想,有75人 (46.9%)較差。由此診視結果得知,儘管多數身心障礙學生於學齡後已具備日常生活自理及走路等基本能力,但是仍有超過半數的身心障礙學生語言表達能力異常,以及半數學生的粗、細動作發展未及正常六歲兒童應有的能力,因此建議應提供這些學生持續之治療與追蹤,做為早期療育的延伸。 |
英文摘要 | The Buddist Tzu Chi Dalin Hospital was responsible for providing medical services to special education students of Chiayi County in 2004. We evaluated the cognitive skills, activities of daily living, language skills, and gross and fine motor functions of 160 disabled students, 113 male and 47 female. Students with mental retardation were the most frequent, followed by students with dyslalia, then autism, and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. A needs assessment revealed that 155, 132, and 107 students fed, dressed, and bathed themselves independently, respectively. Ninety-three students had a language disorder, 75 students had fine motor impairment, and 52 students had a gross motor disorder. Even after school-age, the need of medical services still seemed to be great for the children with disabilities. |
