英文摘要 | There are 4 blast furnaces in ironmaking department and each will be revamped every 3~4 years. The revamping technology and experience have to carry on all the times, but the biggest problem occurs in the information role. To solve this problem is to fully use IT technology. The efficiency of the management group is unable to be improved and experience is hard to assemble, unless we develop a home-make program to upgrade this project, from planning, purchasing to all activities including constructing, and gathering together exactly to make the systematic information knowledge files. We worked on the basis of the valuable experiences accumulated over the past 30 years in revamping work and then integrated the knowledge management system, which will be a competitive new milestone in ironmaking. After the revamping the knowledge management system, we have obtained experiences in 1.safety and health 2.project management and 3.equipment installation. |
