中文摘要 | 本文在跨深比和混凝土強度變化條件下,分別製作十二支無腹筋輕質及常重粒料混凝土RC梁,依ASTM C78規範進行撓曲強度試驗,俾對其剪力行為做定性觀測與研究。另外,亦一併檢討以現行ACI 318、Eurocode及Zsutty經驗公式評估輕質粒料混凝土RC梁剪力強度之適當性。試驗結果顯示,在兩點荷重作用下,無腹筋輕質粒料混凝土RC梁呈現出脆性的剪力破壞行為,且隨著混凝土強度之提升,其脆裂破碎更為迅速;跨深比為1.5、2.0及2.5的梁試體,其破壞屬剪壓破壞模式;而跨深比為3.0的梁試體,其破壞則屬剪拉破壞模式。另方面,以現行ACI 318及Eurocode規範計算輕質粒料混凝土RC梁之開裂剪力強度發現,結果明顯趨於保守;而依Zsutty經驗公式推算之預測值,則與試驗結果相當吻合。 |
英文摘要 | In the study, the shear characteristics of longitudinally reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete (LWC) beams without web reinforcement were tested and compared with companion normal weight concrete (NWC) beams. A total of 24 simply supported beams were designed for shear failure with third-point flexural loading. The primary design variables were compressive strength grade and shear span to effective depth ratio. In addition, the test results are also compared to those obtained using the current ACI 318 Code equations, Eurocode equation and Zsutty's equation for shear strength. The results show that LWC beams without web reinforcement presented a very brittle behavior. The higher their concrete compressive strength is, the brisker their failure. For short beams with a/d of 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5, failure resulted by the concrete crushing above the inclined crack, while the beams with a/d=3.0 were failed by an anchorage failure at the tension reinforcement. On the other hand, ACI and Eurocode equations clearly underestimate the cracking shear strength of LWC beams, while Zsutty's equation correlates reasonably well with the test results. |
