中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解高職未來自我評鑑能力建立的策略。為達成研究目的, 首先經由文獻探討及十八位(教育行政主管六位、專家學者五位、高職校長五位、高職主任二位)專家訪談後。歸納分析結果,得到的結論包括:(1)自我評鑑的能力與規範,必須建立在完整的政策、制度以及訓練上;(2)自我評鑑能力建立的策略共五項,需要學校、政府、學術單位以及專業團體共同努力。最後根據研究結果提出具體建議,以供學校、教師及未來研究者作參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this project was to analyze the future self-evaluation capacity building policy of the Senior Vocational School in Taiwan. To achieve such purpose, we first conducted several academic researches, and then counseled with 18 experts (6 administrators from the Bureau of Education, 5 principles and 2 directors of Senior Vocational Schools, and 5 scholars). After analyzing processes, we reached the following conclusions: (1) The capacity and norm of self-evaluation, must establish on the base of full-blown strategies choice, systems and training; (2) There were five policies of self-evaluation capacity building, It would require a joint effort from the school, the government, the academic field, and other expert organizations. For the purpose of future reference to the schools, teachers and researchers, suggestions had been made based on the results of the project. |
