中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解苗栗縣國民小學不同分組全面品質管理與學校效能之差異情形。以文獻分析、調查法進行研究。受試者共326人,使用單因子變異數進行分析。結論如下:1.不同分組全面品質管理之行政領導向度對學校效能整體與各向度有顯著差異。2.不同分組全面品質管理之持續改進向度對學校效能整體與各向度有顯著差異。3.不同分組全面品質管理之顧客滿意向度對學校效能整體與各向度有顯著差異。根據上述研究結論,提出具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to discuss the discrepancies of different groups of Total Quality Management and school efficiency in Miaoli County, using literature research and questionnaire surveys to proceed. Finally, 326 data were collected and were analyzed by One-way ANOVA and the conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Different groups of leadership dimension of Total Quality Management to total school efficiency and the dimensions had different discrepancies. 2. Different groups of continue improvements dimension of Total Quality Management to total school efficiency and the dimensions had different discrepancies. 3. Different groups of customer satisfaction dimension of Total Quality Management to total school efficiency and the dimensions had different discrepancies. Based on the conclusions, the study suggests some implications. |
