中文摘要 | 本論文提出三種不同方式及技巧建構WDM的傳輸系統。首先建構在VCSEL和SOA且具有外部光源注入技術,使用LEAF或SMF去傳送50 km的10 Gbit/s光波傳輸系統。次之建構VCSELs對VCSELs注入鎖模技術和LEAF傳送之10 Gbps分波多工傳輸系統。最後設計radio-on-DWDM,使用雙外部光源注入技術來改良系統的特性,也證明適合應用於微波訊號和光的連結。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we propose three methods and skills based on WDM transport systems. First, A-10 Gbit/s lightwave transport system over a 50 km LEAF or SMF transmission based on VCSEL and SOA with external light injection technique. Second, a 10 Gbps WDM transport system based on VCSELs to VCSELs injection locked technique and LEAF transport. Finally, a radio-on-DWDM transport system employing double external light injection techniques to improve the systems' overall performance. Such a proposed transport system is suitable for the application of microwave optical links. |
