中文摘要 | 本研究在基隆山北側濱海公路沿岸及和美地區金砂灣沿岸的基隆火山群安山岩轉石堆積區,採集到的偉晶及基性-超基性捕獲岩或團塊,主要有橄欖石偉晶、純橄欖岩、斜輝岩、直輝岩、富角閃石團塊、直輝石-鈦鐵氧化物團塊以及黑雲母-鈦鐵氧化物團塊等。 依據岩象學觀測與礦物化學分析結果,初步認為基隆火山群安山岩所捕獲之橄欖石偉晶、純橄欖岩、輝石岩等超基性捕獲岩,應源自玄武岩漿系統,與寄主安山岩漿不同源;富角閃石團塊可能為早期岩漿活動的沉聚產物;直輝石-鈦鐵氧化物以及黑雲母-鈦鐵氧化物等基性捕獲岩,則可能為安山岩漿演化後期的沉聚產物。 綜合寄主安山岩與基性--超基性捕獲岩或團塊之岩象學與礦物化學等異常現象,作者推測基隆火山群安山岩並非由單一岩漿演化的產物,其演化過程,除了結晶分化作用與Chen(1999)提出的富角閃石團塊及第三紀圍岩的同化混染作用外,安山岩漿可能係由基性玄武岩漿與中酸性岩漿的混合作用而形成。 |
英文摘要 | Dunites, cclinopyroxenites, orthopyroxenites and amphibole-rich nodules occur as xenoliths in the Chilung Volcano Group (CVG) andesites in northern Taiwan. Abundant megacrysts of olivine and some xenocrysts of quartz with clinopyroxene rims are found to associate with the xenoliths in the CVG andesites. Based on petrographic textures and mineral chemistry of these mafic-ultramafic xenoliths, megacrysts, xenocrysts and the host andesites suggest that dunites, pyroxenites and olivine megacrysts are derived from the basaltic magma system and are therefore not cognate with the host andesites. According to the presence of the ultramafic xenoliths, the quartz xenocrysts and the primary euhedral quartz phenocrysts in the host andesites, it suggested that the CVG andestites could be derived from the process of magma mixing. |
