中文摘要 | 由於40MM快砲之裝彈,須依程序逐次裝填101發砲彈;而在裝彈作業中,需以人工操作手搖幫浦;於進彈作業中,需人工操作手輪,俟第一發彈被安置到位後,再操作手輪反轉,以使彈進砲膛;又於開始射擊時,若發生不能擊發狀況,需人工操作手輪以拉退擊針,再人工反轉;再次擊發時,如仍不能擊發則需以人工操作手輪圈,以壓縮彈簧退彈。 有鑑於此,本研究針對40MM快砲之裝彈匣進行人因工程設計,以有效縮短裝彈時間;並針對裝彈作業中,人工操作手搖幫浦,及進彈作業中,人工操作手輪方式,運用電動控制方式、油壓控制方式或工具輔助式控制,並以人因工程方法實施主客觀績效評估,以改善人員操作之便利性並減輕人員操作疲勞度。 |
英文摘要 | The current methods of loading the 101 rounds of ammunition into the magazine of 40mm gun is by single round loading, and in order to get the Feed-Lever up and down to fill the magazine, the operator needs to operate the hydraulic pump twice manually. During the operation of setting the ammunition ready to fire, normally, the operator needs to turn the Hand-Operating-Crank 16 rounds twice manually. When an un-firing occurs, the operator needs to turn the Hand-Operating-Crank 8 rounds twice (clockwise and counter-clockwise) manually fire the gun again. If the gun remains un-firing, the operator needs to turn the Hand-Operating-Crank and take the ammunition out. This study intends to explore the ergonomics design of cartridge loading mechanism for the 40mm air defense gun. The idea of design in this research is to implement ammo-loading jigs design (electric or/and hydraulic) automatic equipments for operating the Feed-Lever to improve the loading operation, and to design (electric) automatic equipments for operating the Hand-Operating-Crank to improve the feeding, cooking, and extracting operations of ammunitions. |
