中文摘要 | 為培育國軍建軍與用兵所需之基層幹部,國軍各軍事院校莫不注重學生基礎教育,為瞭解軍校生學習狀況、成效及影響因素,在國軍各軍事院校中亦採用教學評鑑衡量方式;因此,如何透過「教學評鑑」來衡量「教學效能」是當前國軍教育研究的重要課題。本研究以我國國防管理學院正朝、專科班學生為研究對象,對該院正期、專科班學生進行「學生評鑑教師教學效能評量表」問卷施測,問卷調查採立意抽樣法,有效樣本458份。利用因素分析法自樣本資料之教師教學表現構面中萃取出教學態度、教學方法及課程壓力等三因素,學生學習態度構面中萃取出學生自我學習態度及學校環境態度等二因素。量表通過信效度檢驗後,經LISREL路徑分析建構該院「學生評鑑教師教學效能影響模式」進行關聯性探討。研究中發現,課程壓力與師生互動、學校環境態度呈現顯著負相關,學生自我學習態度與師生互動間亦呈現顯著負相關;教學態度對學生學習態度之影響、師生互動以及教學效能均呈顯著正相關;而教學方法則僅與師生互動有顯著正相關。 |
英文摘要 | The quality of teaching is an important indicator in evaluating the competition among colleges. Teaching Performance is commonly used to assess qualities of teaching. Our research aims to design a suitable scale to evaluate our teacher's teaching efficacy. Based on the EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) results, teaching attitude, teaching methods and course pressure are extracted from the construction of teaching performance of teachers, and student's learning attitude and college environment are extracted from the construction of student's attitude. The reliability and validity of the built model are examined by CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). Finally, we use LISREL to find the best structure model by considering all possible paths among factors. By exploring the interrelations among these extracted factors, we find that the course pressure is significantly negative related with the interrelations between teachers and students. It is also significantly negative related with the college environment. Student's learning attitude, interrelations between teachers and teaching efficiency are all significantly positive related with teaching attitude. Teaching methods are significantly positive related with the interrelation between teachers and students. |
