中文摘要 | 民國86年起,於台灣中部楊桃主要產區苗栗縣卓蘭鎮、台中縣東勢鎮及南投縣國姓鄉陸續發生由病原細菌Pseudomonas syringae所引起之細菌性斑點病,對當地楊桃產業造成嚴重危害。台南區農業改良場自民國90年起對台南縣楊桃栽培區進行細菌性斑點病的偵測,並以GPS衛星定位,同年10月於楠西鄉密枝村首次發現兩個罹病點,感染源均來自種苗,藉雨水及噴灌在園區內蔓延開來。為將楠西地區楊桃栽培區建立為楊桃細菌性斑點病的非疫區,91年10月對罹病園區所有植株進行強剪處理,將強剪後之罹病枝條及果實清除集中,以燒燬或立即噴灑殺草劑去除感染源,並加強藥劑防治。由於94年多個颱風來襲,至當年底調查細菌性斑點病於楠西地區已擴散至22個園區。雖然94及95年防檢局將防治費用列入計畫補助,台南縣政府、楠西鄉農會及本場全力宣導,與罹病園區農友進行協商,但並未獲得農友的配合,對罹病株進行適當的處理。目前細菌性斑點病已隨風雨飛散,在楠西地區慢慢蔓延開來,本計畫截至95年共計監測460 個偵測點 。其中至少有25個楊桃園區罹患此病害,使建立非疫區的工作受到嚴重的考驗,故欲建立及維持疫病蟲害非疫區,除需有建全的規劃與技術外,更仰賴農民的全力配合才能達成。 |
英文摘要 | Bacterial spot of carambola ( Averrhoa carambola L.), caused by Pseudomonas syringae , was first reported in central Taiwan in 1997. The disease was then found in southern Taiwan in Nansi Township , Tainan County in 2001. In the same year, a Global Position System (GPS) was set up in an orchard in Nansi to monitor the occurrence of the disease, and bacterial spot was first observed in October, 2001, in the plants of 2 orchards. Heavy pruning of the infected orchards was conducted in October 2002, followed by fungicide spraying and burning of the pruned twigs. However, the disease was observed in 22 orchards in2005 . A total of 460 spots were monitored from 2001 to 2006, and 25 orchards were infected. Although, control measures had been recommended to the farmers. Due to lack of the cooperation from the farmers, unsuccessful results were obtained to keep Nansi from an area of bacterial spot-free zone. |
