中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於設計一個軸向式磁性聯軸器,為了瞭解此型聯軸器之特性,本研究建構三個測試臺分別量測磁性聯軸器之靜態磁力、扭矩與傳輸效率。結果顯示,軸向磁力會影響到磁性聯軸器的傳輸效率,軸向磁力愈小,磁性聯軸器傳輸效率愈高。本研究所設計的磁性聯軸器之靜態傳輸效率皆在92%以上,且隨外加扭矩增大,傳輸效率愈高。在相同的扭矩條件下,磁極間距愈大,滑差角愈大,傳輸效率愈高。磁極為N35,輸入端轉速在1500rpm內,制動功率在5.6W內,其傳輸效率可達94%,傳輸效率會隨著制動功率的增加而增加。磁極為N48,其傳輸效率可達98%,磁極強度愈大,傳輸效率愈高,轉速會隨著制動功率的增加而減少,但差異並不大,在2%內。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to design a magnetic coupling and set up three test rigs in order to measure the static axial magnetic force, transmission torque and transmission efficiency, and the dynamic transmission torque and transmission efficiency. The results reveal that the axial magnetic force affects the transmission efficiency of the magnetic coupling, the smaller the axial magnetic force is, the higher the transmission efficiency is. The magnetic coupling designed for this research has static transmission efficiency above 92%. Under the condition of same magnetic pole gap, the greater the external torque is, the higher the transmission efficiency is. Furthermore, under the condition of same external torque, the greater the magnetic pole gap is, the greater the slip angle is, and the higher the transmission efficiency is. In addition, the greater the breaker power is, the higher the dynamic transmission efficiency is. The maximum dynamic transmission efficiency of the N35 is 94%, and the maximum dynamic transmission efficiency of the N48 is 98% for the case of n=1500rpm, and the breaker power<5.6W. The greater the magnet is, the higher the dynamic transmission efficiency is. The rotational speed decreases with increasing the breaker power, but the discrepancy isn't obvious. |
