中文摘要 | 本研究是使用機器視覺技術建構一套可以自動檢測汽車專用彩色保險絲的系統。在影像處理方面,主要採用模式辨認(Pattern Recognition)方法。在視覺檢測流程方面,為了不需要讓線上操作員花太多時間在教育訓練上又可以兼顧品質就可以操作本系統,本系統將『視覺教導』分成由必須具備有機器視覺背景工程師可以操作使用的「人工教導」和一般線上操作員可以簡易操作的「自動教導」兩個流程。在硬體設計方面,主要以低成本為訴求,所以本系統使用低價位USB介面的彩色網路攝影機作為取像輸入設備和利用個人電腦上的列表機埠介面控制本系統的週邊硬體電路。故本研究不只提供一個低成本且簡單易操作的機器視覺檢測系統,從結果顯示本系統可達到高準確度及有效率之檢測,可以有效解決人工檢測之缺點。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to use the machine vision technology to construct a set of systems that can detect the color fuse of the automobile automatically. In respect of the image process, Pattern recognition method is adopted mainly. In the detecting procedure of vision, for that the training time of the general operators is shortened and the general operators, who can maintain the quality of detection, easily operate this system, this system divides the procedure of "Vision Teach" into two procedures. One is "Artificial Teach", the other is "Automatic Teach". The engineers, who have the background of machine vision, have the right to operate properly in the procedure of "Artificial Teach". The procedure of "Automatic Teach" can be easily operated by the operators. The demand of the low cost is mainly considered in the hardware, this system uses the color web camera with low price and USB interface as the input equipment and the peripheral hardware circuit is controlled by the PC printer port interface. Our research of machine vision system is not only offered a low cost and easy operating, but also the results of experiment show that our system can reach high correcting rate and efficient detecting. Therefore, our system can solve the shortcoming of artificial detection effectively. |
