中文摘要 | 本研究以模數與斷面形狀兩項參數探討球墨鑄鐵圓柱及正方形柱試棒 的淬火硬度在表面及中心部位的變化,試棒經900℃保溫6O分鐘的沃斯田鐵化後 直接淬冷於水槽中,再分別量測試棒1/2高度截面處中心點及具周緣2.5mm的硬度 值。結果顯示試棒的淬火硬度隨模數增加而下降,斷面形狀的改變除使住在隅角 的淬火硬度稍有增加外,期他部位的淬火硬度則變化不大,而在相同的模數下圓 柱及正方形柱試棒具有大約相同的淬火硬度。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of modulus and section shape on quenching hardness of circle and squareshape ductile cast iron bars was study. The specimens were water quenched afteraustenitized at 900℃ for 60 min, then the Rockwell hardness at the center and surface ofsection at half length of bar were measured. The results show that the quenching hardnessdecreased with increasing in modulus of specimen. The change in hardness due to changein section shape was not obviously. The approximately equal hardness could be obtainedunder the same modulus of circle and square shape ductile cast iron bars. |
