中文摘要 | 在工程研發上,由於引擎旁通道只是扇壓縮後氣體的通道,因此常常忽略其重要性。設計時僅考量幾何形狀大小滿足引擎所能提供的設計空間,而忽略其流體經該流道時所產生的特性。在旁通道中流體所需經過的通道中有許多的插管及不規則的幾何構型,其會影響到氣體在流道中的壓損(Press-ure Loss)及阻塞流量(Choke Flow)。除此之外,旁通道進口尺寸受限於扇的設計,故可知旁通道的氣動力設計是一項非常困難的工作。本文是針對引擎旁通道中之高壓高速流,計算其流場分佈情形,利用氣動力設計程式"ENGCOMP"設計旁通道幾何構型,並利用三維數值模擬程式UNIC,建立複雜旁通道構型的流場分佈的計算模式,以研究流道中突出物及插管對於流道壓損及流量的影響。除此之外,本文進一步以試驗驗證模式之精確度,並加入研改構型做比對,顯示出所建立的旁通道計算模式均符合試驗的結果。本文針對引擎旁通道的性能需求,設計出滿足引擎性能及所有限制條件下的最佳化構型。 |
英文摘要 | In the gas turbine engine, the bypass duct is only used for transporting the compressed air from the fan, so its importance is usually underestimated. Especially in military gas turbine engine, the considerations in design of it are often determined by whether its geometry and size can satisfy the engine space. Therefore, the characteristics of the fluid passing through the duct are often ignored. However, in order to gain high efficiency of the gas turbine engine, this study of the bypass duct will focus on two important design parameters, the pressure loss and choke flow. The aerodynamic design program "ENGCOMP" is used for geometry design. Moreover, 3D simulation program "UNIC" is used for calculating its complicated flow filed configuration. The influence on the pressure loss and flow rate due to the intrusive struts and tubes will be studied. Besides, this research will also verify the accuracy of the duct configuration model and the design procedure, so it can provides the guide rules for future design of the bypass duct. |
