中文摘要 | 以荔枝細蛾 (Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley) 近緣種之可可細蛾 (C. cramerella (Snellen)) 性費洛蒙的五種成分,I:乙酸反,順,順-4,6,10-十六三烯酯(E,Z,Z-4,6,10-hexadecatrienyl acetate, E,Z,Z-4,6,10-16:Ac)、II:乙酸反,反,順-4,6,10-十六三烯酯 (E,E,Z-4,6,10-hexadecatrienyl acetate, E,E,Z-4,6,10-16:Ac)、III:反,順,順-4,6,10-十六三烯醇 (E,Z,Z-4,6,10 -hexadecatrieny-1-ol, E,Z,Z-4,6,10-16:OH)、IV:反,反,順-4,6,10-十六三烯醇(E,E,Z-4,6,10- hexadecatrien-1-ol, E,E,Z-4,6,10-16:OH) 及V:正十六醇(n-hexadecyl alcohol, 16:OH)等,配製成多種配方。以六角型木質轉盤進行生物檢定及田間誘蟲試驗,研發有效誘引荔枝細蛾之配方。結果顯示,配方I/II=35~97/65~3或III/IV=97.5~50/2.5~50,對荔枝細蛾不具誘引性;配方I/II混合III/IV成分,顯著增加對荔枝細蛾之誘引性,但當II成分佔成分I的50%以上時,會顯著降低誘引效果。配方I/II/III/IV/V= 65/35/35/15/0、92/8/46/4/0、100/0/15/10/0、92/8/4/6/10、92/8/46/4/100,對荔枝細蛾具較佳之誘蟲效果。測試五種不同載體及不同劑量之誘餌,對荔枝細蛾之誘蟲效果,以0.1 mg裝載於塑膠微管者,最為經濟有效。 |
英文摘要 | Several different formulations were developed for attracting litchi fruit borer (LFB), Conopomorpha sinensis, based on five sex pheromone components of closely related cocoa pod borer, Conopomorpha cramerella. These five sex pheromone components of cocoa pod borer were as following: I, E,Z,Z-4,6,10-hexadecatrienyl acetate (E,Z,Z-4,6, 10-16:Ac), II, E,E,Z-4,6,10-hexadecatrienyl acetate (E,E,Z-4,6,10-16:Ac), III, E,Z,Z-4,6, 10-hexadecatrieny-1-ol (E,Z,Z-4,6,10-16:OH), IV, E,E,Z-4,6,10- hexadecatrien-1-ol (E,E,Z-4,6,10-16:OH), and V, n-hexadecyl alcohol (16:OH). Attractiveness of the formulations to litchi fruit borer was tested in laboratory with the turntable method and in the field. The results showed that component I/II mixed with different ratios of III/IV significantly increased attractiveness of formulations to LFB, while only component I/II=35-97/65-3 or III/IV=97.5-50/2.5-50 did not show attractiveness. The formulas I/II/III/IV/V=65/35/35/15/0, 92/8/46/4/0, 100/0/15/10/0, 92/8/4/6/10, 92/8/46/4/100 were more attractive than other formulas to LFB, and component II reduced attractiveness of sex attractant formulas to LFB. The formulas with 0.1 mg attractant components in microtube were more attractive to LFB and cheaper than other formulation designs when we compared attractiveness of formulas with 5 different carriers and different dosages of lure. |
