中文摘要 | 面對快速變遷的新時代,比起過去的校長,今日校長需面臨諸多高難度的挑戰,因此校長培育成為關鍵的主題。而如何增進學校領導者的專業能力更是各國所致力的目標。英國國立學校領導學院(NCSL)係由英國政府所成立,用以培育學校領導者的國家層級機構,其成功經驗可作為我國在設置校長培育機構之參考。故本文擬從英國國立學校領導學院(NCSL)為經,我國目前中小學校長培育機構為緯,並藉著兩國校長培育機構之比較來提出對我國中小學校長培育機構在機構定位、機關功能、組識結構、訓練課程、經費來源、進行方式等面向之啟示。 |
英文摘要 | Facing the quickly changed generation, compared with the past principals, today's principals need to deal with lots of challenges with high difficulty, so it makes ”Principal Preparation” become the key topic. And various countries are devoted to promoting the professional ability of school leaders. The Britain National College for School Leadership (NCSL) is a national institute set up to cultivate school leaders. The successful experience may become the reference for our country to establish an institute of principal preparation. This article draws up from the Britain National College for School Leadership (NCSL) for passing through, and the institute of principal preparation for elementary and secondary schools of our country at present is the latitude. Also We try to propose the enlightenment by comparing two countries in institute's role, function, framework, training program, source of the funds, and the style. |
