中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於瞭解氣功學習者,進入氣功態時肌電值、皮膚溫度與末梢血流量的生理變化。研究設計將24位研究對象分為氣功組與控制組。本研究的研究工具是「Pro Comp多功能生理回饋監測儀系統」做為實驗的主要儀器,此系統可同時監測受試者肌電值、皮膚溫度與末梢血流量的生理變化。實驗前兩個組先進行初測,氣功組經十四週氣功課程學習後,並對兩組進行後測,氣功組處於氣功態(控制組處於放鬆態)時的肌電值、皮膚溫度與末梢血流量。將實驗結果資料的肌電值以獨立樣本t test進行考驗受試者前、後測時的同質性。將兩組前測的皮膚溫度與末梢血流量以獨立樣本t test進行考驗兩組分組的同質性。再將兩組後測的皮膚溫度與末梢血流量以獨立樣本t test進行考驗兩組之間的差異。研究結果發現受試者的前、後測肌電值具同質性。氣功組與控制組的前測成績未達顯著差異,表示兩組具同質性。考驗氣功組與控制組皮膚溫度與末梢血流量的後測成績達顯著差異,顯示經短期氣功訓練後,對人體生理反應有顯著的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The study was to understand the physiological changes of Qi-Gong learners in their Qi-Gong state, concerning their EMG value, skin temperature, and periphery blood volume. Twenty-four subjects were divided into a Qi-Gong group and a control group. The main device of the experiment was "Pro Comp Multi-functional Physiological Feedback Monitoring System" which allowed simultaneous monitor on the EMG value, the skin temperature, and the periphery blood volume of the subjects. In the beginning of the experiment, both groups undertook the first test. After the Qi-Gong group practicing Qi-Gong for fourteen weeks, both groups undertook the second test to check up the EMG value, the skin temperature, and the periphery blood volume of the Qi-Gong group in their Qi-Gong state, while the control group in their relaxed state. After collecting the data as the results of the experiment, the EMG value was evaluated by independent sample t test for the agreement between the first test and second one. The skin temperature and the periphery blood volume of the two groups in the first test were evaluated by independent sample t test for the agreement between the two groups. The skin temperature and the periphery blood volume of the two groups in the second test were evaluated by independent sample t test for the difference between the two groups. The findings were as follow: Firstly, as far as the EMG value of the Qi-Gong group and the control group was concerned, there was no significant difference between the first test and the second one, which showed that the two groups reach an agreement between the first test and the second one. Secondly, as far as the skin temperature and the periphery blood volume were concerned, there was no significant difference between the Qi-Gong group and the control group in the first test, which showed that there was an agreement between the two groups. Besides, as far as the skin temperature and periphery blood volume were concerned, there was a significant difference between the Qi-Gong group and the control group, which shows that after a short-term Qi-Gong training, the Qi-Gong state had a significant effect on human physiological response. |
