| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的是探討護理學生對兒童虐待與疏忽問題的認知、態度、和知識,並了解護理學生對兒童虐待與疏忽課程的看法,以作為未來醫護學校在兒童虐待方面教育課程設計之參考,藉此提升護理學生對兒童虐待與疏忽問題的臨床評估與管理的能力。研究對象為300位南部專校具有一個月(包含)以上的臨床實習經驗的護理學生,問卷調查後回收有效問卷為207份。經t檢定、相關分析與迴歸分析後,主要研究發現為:一、大部份學生認為開設兒童虐待及遭疏忽之專門教育課程確實有必要。二、學生較喜歡接受之教學方式為角色扮演及媒體教學。三、部份認知與知識之因素與學生對兒童虐待及疏忽的態度因素有顯著正相關。四、知識對態度有顯著的正向影響,但認知對態度的影響並未達到顯著性。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the nurse college students' concepts of child abuse and neglect. Three hundred nursing students were surveyed using structured questionnaires, and of these, 207 were complete and valid. To be eligible for this study, the potential participants had to complete clinical practice in hospitals at least one month. Descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation and regression were used to analyze the data collected. The finding of this study will be used as reference for developing and designing the courses of child abuse and neglect, and improving nursing students' clinical assessment and management ability toward child abuse and neglect cases. The results of this study show that: (1) Most students believe they need to take more child abuse and neglect courses. (2) Most students like to learn child abuse and neglect courses by role play and media teaching methods. (3) Part of the factors of perception and knowledge are significantly positive correlated with the factors of attitude. (4) Knowledge significantly positive affects attitude. However, the effect of perception on attitude is not significant. |
