| 中文摘要 | 本研究以甲基丁香油誘殺板及蛋白質水解物 (Nu-Lure) 分別置於改良式麥氏誘蟲器中,再將誘蟲氣懸掛於梨與番石榴混植之果園,監測東方果實蠅 (Bactrocera dorsalis (Hedel)) 族群,藉以了解在非經濟作物番石榴植株砍除後,對於果實蠅族群管理之影響。以各種誘蟲器誘補平均蟲數計算,砍除後第一年與第二年之防治率,即達95%。在番石榴砍除前,不同寄主與誘引劑種類對果實蠅的捕獲數量有極顯著的差異 (p<0.001),且呈現季節性變動 (p<0.05);而在番石榴砍除後,不同果園寄主 (梨與文旦) 間所捕獲蟲數已無顯著差異 (p=0.78)。由此可知非經濟寄主的存在,對果實蠅捕獲的蟲數有極大的影響,亦即顯示清園對東方果實蠅防治的重要性。統計分析得隻利用甲基丁香油捕獲雄蟲數 (X) 與Nu-Lure誘引劑所捕獲雌蟲數 (Y) 有顯著相關 (r>0.74, p<0.01),其關係式為lnY=0.10-0.29lnX² (R²=0.70, p<0.001)。 |
| 英文摘要 | We removal a noncommercial crop (Guava trees) from an orchard to appraise its impact on the population management of the Oriental fruit fly (Bactrocera dorsalis (Hedel)) in Ilan, Taiwan. The improved McPhail traps baited with a poisoned methyl eugenol (ME) board or Nu-lure were used in the orchard to monitor the fruit fly population. Results showed that control efficiency reached 95% by 1 and 2 years after guava tree removal. Data analysis indicated that before destruction of the guava trees, trap attractant and host plant species had a significant effect on the overall number of flies captured (p<0.001) with seasonal variations (p<0.05). After removal of the guava trees from the orchard, the number of flies captured in different hosts decreased and did not significantly differ from each other (p=0.78). There was a high correlation between the number of male flies (X) captured by ME and the number of females (Y) captured by the Nu-Lure traps (r>0.74, p<0.01). Preliminary analysis revealed that these variables can by expressed as lnY=0.10-0.29lnX + 0.15lnX² (R²=0.70, p<0.001). |
