中文摘要 | 目前臺東地區主次要河川為本省少數能維持全河段未(稍)受污染之河川水體,但在產業東移及觀光遊憩人潮可能帶來的潛在環境衝擊之下,若以搭配現地處理系統,應可有效提升污水妥善處理率。本研究主要藉由水質分析,評估臺東關山人工溼地污水處理效益,結果可知以出流機率法評估去除率BOD,為48.9%、SS為85.4%、NH3-N為62.8%;若以平均濃度來計算去除率BOD,為45.0%、SS為92.0%、NH3-N為85.0%。另場址設置完成後,增加水域棲地環境,再加上週邊綠帶環繞吸引大量原生物種進駐,吸引了如紅冠水雞、大卷尾及斑文鳥等鳥類進駐,營造生物多樣性環境,提升當地的生態效益,成為關山親水公園旁重要的生態廊道之一。關山人工溼地的設置除了淨化卑南溪入流水質外,也間接發揮了環境教育及生態營造等功能,未來將可透過持續成效評估及功能改善工作,以掌握及量化本系統的最佳成效,使整體環境品質提昇、生態環境改善,為臺東縣民創造更高的生活品質,達到永續發展的目標。 |
英文摘要 | Currently, the primary and secondary rivers of Taitung are precious for the fact that their water qualities can maintain unpolluted or slightly polluted conditions all year round. Due to industrialization and tourism, however, the water quality is gradually deteriorated. It is expected the application of on-site water treatment techniques can effectively improve river water quality before the construction of municipal sewer system. This study is to evaluated the pollution removal efficiency of the Guanshan constructed wetland with two types of estimations, Effluent Probability Method and Average Percent Reduction Method. Estimation with Effluent Probability Method showed that SS, NH3-N, and BOD5 were reduced by 85.4%, 62.8%, and 48.9%, respectively. Estimation with Average Percent Reduction Method showed that SS, NH3-N, and BOD5 were reduced by 92%, 85%, and 45%, respectively. On the other hand, the constructed wetland also gradually restores aquatic and bank habitats, and thus numerous native creatures. For instance, besides the rehabilitation of aquatic plants, many water birds were observed since the completion of the constructed wetland. It has become one of the most important ecocorridors of Guanshan. The Guanshan constructed wetland not only improves river water quality but also serves as a demonstration site for environmental education. Further studies on degradation mechanism and planting optimization of the wetland system can serve as a ground work for the future installation. |
