中文摘要 | 偏差行為少年的處遇對諮商人員而言,一直都是一個困難的挑戰,主要的障礙來自於少年們的防衛、與治療者間的背景差異,及他們內心強烈的不安全感。這些因素經常是治療的阻礙,甚至成為治療失敗的原因。本文之目的是探討透過團體中角色扮演去建構一個無限制的、安全的剛間,以便幫助偏差行為少年養成新的學習方向。透過團體的課程,少年案主們有機會學習如何在戲劇中進行角色扮演;藉由團體治療的實施去探索人際衝突的結果,我們已經幫助了這些青少年案主們充份地經驗到真實的感受,也提升了他們的自我瞭解,能夠去進行最深層的改。最後,本文也提供了治療方法技術方面的建議,這些建議可公被用來治療參與戲劇團體的偏差行為少年,改善他們的特質或困擾的情緒。 |
英文摘要 | The therapy of deviant adolescents has been a tough challenge for counselors. Major obstacles come from the client’s defensiveness, different background between therapist and client, and sense of insecurity in the client’s mind. These factors usually become obstructions and cause the failure of therapy. This research aims to create an empty and safe space by using role playing in a group in order to cultivate a new direction of learning for deviant adolescents. Through the group process, the clients have the opportunity to learn how to play a role in a drama. By administering the therapy, we have helped the clients to fully experience real feelings by exploring the results of internal conflict and increase insight into self understanding in order to afford the deepest change. Eventually, this research also provided some suggestions for technical therapy methods, which could be used for ameliorating the disturbed emotions or characteristics of deviant adolescents revealed in group analytical drama. |
