中文摘要 | 今日企業面臨的環境是產品生命週期短,多變的消費者需求與產品研發成本高漲,台灣中小企業很難單靠自己力量來開發新產品。因此必須利用網路連結關係,以降低風險,節省產品開發成本。中小企業普遍資金不足,在面對競爭激烈環境,除在產業結構轉型升級外,必須利用國內外網路關係,從昔日之競爭觀念演變成既合作又競爭之心態,提升競爭力。本研究以東雲紡織公司的個案,探討該公司如何利用本身資源,及利用國內外之網路連結關係,從成衣外銷OEM工廠,轉型到結合國外知名品牌,從事授權與代理,進而自創品牌,其利用產業網路結構的個案,值得中小企業參考。 |
英文摘要 | Today, companies face the short product life cycle, the variety of customer’s needs, and high cost of R&D. Small companies can’t develop the new products by themselves, and the best way is to use the network to lower risk and save new products development cost. The small company in Taiwan is short of resources. In order to overcome the market competition, they either upgrade their production structure, or search for the network cooperation to strength their competition. This is a case study of Tun Yun Textile, and it shows how the company uses her own resource and competency to cooperate with name brand by licensing, exclusive agent, and it finally develops her own brand. The successful transformation of the use of industrial network in the case is valuable for small company’s reference. |
