中文摘要 | 在今日資訊科技日新月異的環境中,近年來伴隨著Internet的日益普及與其特有的媒界特性,使得anytime, anyplace and anyone之數位學習型態快速成長,不僅成為全球學習新風潮,亦對過去依賴傳統課堂教學之授課模式產生重大之衝擊。 另一方面,在國內一般大學院校之企業管理學科相關課程教授上,目前多半延續傳統之課堂教學及小組個案討論為主,對於應用線上 互動式企業經營競賽之數位學習方式以整合各學科之決策因子、強化策略制定能力及績效管理之作法,則不多見。 反觀諸先進國之企管教育為例,企業經營競賽教學在美國知名的哈佛商學院及其他歐洲國家之商管教育應用上,早已行之有年。鄰近之日本亦在1961年由大阪大學大沢豊他教授所開發出「トップ・マネージメント経営意思決定ゲームモテル」之企業經營競賽軟體為開端,開啟了一系列日本大學及企業活用模擬軟體進行商管決策訓練之應用。近年來因應網際網路之普及與數位學習之趨勢,先進國之軟體廠商亦積極投入開發新型之線上企業經營競賽軟體。 本研究旨在探討利用混程學習(Blended Learning)方式,結合課堂教學及著者自行開發之「線上企業經營競賽軟體」雙重應用下,針對教授學員動態經營決策模式時,所呈現教育成效之研究。研究方法主要係採取實驗法,透過對受測學員進行前測及後測之比較,以瞭解整體之學習效果。 依分析結果,本研究之主要結論如下: 1. 線上企業經營競賽軟體宜配合線上討論及線上指導較能有效引導學員學習,並制定出較佳之決策。 2. 線上企業經營競賽軟體之教學確實對學員具提高經營知識之了解與強化各企業功能別決策連動性之教育效果。 3. 依前後測結果資料分析,參賽者對資產負債表及損益表之了解較強,而對現金流量表及成本分析表之分析相對較弱。 |
英文摘要 | Modern information technology (IT) revolution has changed the way of individual’s learning when Internet is getting more widespread than ever before. Therefore, the authors attempt to do specific research to find out the educational effect on the methods combining with the Internet business simulation game and class interaction toward constructing the skill of analyzing financial statements through a series of experimental contests which include several contest combination. The skill of business information analysis is critical for the success of enterprises.Furthermore, the message within financial statements could be said as the core of business management information. On the other hand, business simulation game has been utilized for a training program on the skill of analyzing financial statements at business schools such as Harvard business school and many MBA courses for a long time. In addition, due to the significant educational effects of business simulation games, lots of Japanese universities and companies have adopted this training tool for simulating practical management as well. The conclusions of this research are summarized as follows: 1. For achieving better decision making quality, Internet multi languages business simulation game should make use of on-line discussion and guidance concurrently. 2. Internet Business simulation game can enhance the capability on the understanding of management knowledge and the analyzing of financial statements. 3. Based on data analysis, commercial school students relatively show superior understanding on income statement and balance sheet rather than on cash flows statement and CGM statements. |
