中文摘要 | 本研究為描述性調查研究,其目的為了解東部某技術學院二技護理系全體學生對輔助另類療法的態度與知識。本研究工具採結構式自填問卷,取得有效樣本共92名,問卷回收率達80.4%。本研究結果顯示83.8%的護生認為輔助另類療法是具安全性且合法,也同意將輔助另類療法納入醫護相關之專業課程,並有77%的護生表示願意參加相關之專業課程。整體而言,參與本研究的護生對輔助另類療法是屬於正向認同態度,但皆顯示相關的專業知識不足且不知如何實際運用,因此本研究建議未來開設相關之專業課程,不僅需增加其專業知識也應加強實際運用,並與臨床實務結合,進而因應國內多元的醫療體系,提供更具全人化之護理。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the nursing students’ attitudes toward and knowledge of complementary and alternative therapies in the east of Taiwan. This descriptive study was conducted via self-report questionnaire to a convenience sample of 92 nursing students, and 80.4% of response rate. Most participants (83.8%) perceived that complementary alternative therapies were safety and legitimacy. Also, they agreed that complementary and alternative therapy should be included in their school’s curriculum. Seventy-seven percent of the participants indicated that they desired more formal education related complementary alternative therapy. Overall, nursing students in this study demonstrated positive attitudes toward complementary and alternative therapies but lack of knowledge and education. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that further development of nursing education should not only increase students’ knowledge of complementary and alternative therapies, but also enhance the application in practice. A closer relationship between nursing education and the practice community can help guarantee that formal nursing curriculum adequately prepares nursing students to meet the changing health care demands and promote holistic care in Taiwan. |
