中文摘要 | 本研究主要係探討國內大型商站對中小商店衝擊影響之研究,由於大型商店具有規模經濟等優勢,因此對中小商店造成相當程度的影響。在過去學術文獻中,大部份都強調外在環境對企業的影響或是企業內部流程的改造等,至於大型商店對中小商店影響之研究並不多見。本研究將以問卷調查的方式,以探討分析國內大型商店對中小商店衝擊之影響,並且就大型商店與中小商店在經營管理的差異處,提出可能的策略建議,同時提供政府相關單位擬定商業政策之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of large stores’ competition for small and medium-sized stores in Taiwan. These large stores have strong scale economy to expand their markets quickly. In the academic literatures, we find they are almost focused on the external environment factors and business reengineering strategies, less to mention the impact of large stores’ competition for small and medium-sized stores. This study used questionnaire survey to explore the impact of large stories’ competition for small and medium-sized stores and examined the relationship between them in Taiwan. The conclusion of this study was helpful for large stores and small and medium-sized stores in developing their marketing strategies. In addition, the suggestion of this study was also helpful for government agent in making the commercial policy. |
