中文摘要 | 目的:適應不良在高職場壓力的軍中容易顯現,智能偏低則是適應不良常見的原因之一,而X染色體易脆症候群(Fragile eX Xsyndrome) )易出現智能偏低與適應不良,因此本研究嘗試研究X染色體易脆症候群是否為適應障礙症合併智能偏低患者之危險因子。方法:自2000 年起收集至今,共收集650位軍人符合「適應障礙症」,經測驗,智商正常(FIQ≧85) )者為「適應障礙症組」共582名,其餘智商低於85 5分者為「適應障礙症合併智能偏低組」共68 名,對照組則為隨機抽樣的社區男性193 3名。結果:罹患率方面,適應障礙症組中全部沒有罹病,適應障礙症合併智能偏低組有3名(4.4%),社區組有1名 (0.5%),經統計,適應障礙症組與社區組比較,未達統計學顯著意義(Fisher's sexact ttest,p=0.249),但是適應障礙症合併智能偏低組與適應障礙症組比較,則達統計學顯著意義(Fisher's sexact ttest,p=0.001)。結論:本研究顯示適應障礙症合併智能偏低組是X染色體易脆症候群可能之高危險群。 |
英文摘要 | Objectives: Maladjustment easily becomes manifest in affected personnel in the high stress environment of the military. Intellectual disability is a common cause of maladjustment. Patients with fragile X syndrome easily suffer from intellectual disability and maladjustmint The gal of this study was to investigate whether fragile X syndrome is the potential risk factor foradjustment disorder with intellectual disability in military personnel. Methods: A total of 650 military personnel who met adjustmint disorder were collected from 2000. After completed intelligence testing, there were 582 maladjusted subjects with FIQ of greater than or equal to 85 were classified as adjustmint disorder group, and 68 subjects with FIQ less than 85 were classified as adjustment disorder with intellectual disability group. the control group included 193 males randomly selected from the community. Results: Fragile X syndrome wasfound 3 subjects (4.4%) in adjustment disorder with intellectual disability group, and one subject (0.5%) in the control group, but no subject in the adjustment disorder group. Results showed there was no significantly difference in fragile X syndrome between adjustment disorder group and controls (Fisher's exact test, p+0.249). However, there was a significantly difference between adjustment disorder and adjustment disorder with intellectual disability groups (Fisher's exact test, p+0.001). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that adjustment dis order combined with intellectual disability is a possibie high-risk group for fragile X syndrome. |
