中文摘要 | 本研究以模糊田口法探討側面銑削SUS304 不銹鋼重切削製程時切削參數最佳化設計。評估重切削製程之切削性能主要有刀具壽命與金屬移除率兩項,影響切削性能之參數有主軸轉速、每刃進給、軸向切深與徑向切深。文中針對多重品質特性問題,結合田口法與模糊邏輯,以多重品質特性指標(MPCI) 求得切削參數最佳水準組合。驗證結果顯示,以模糊田口法所得切削參數最佳水準組合,確實能夠改善側面銑削重切削製程時之切削性能。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims at producing an optimal cutting-parameter design for a heavy cutting process for side milling using the Taguchi method with fuzzy logic. The workpieces material is SUS304 stainless steel. The major performance indexes chosen to evaluate the cutting process are tool life and metal removal rate. The results are closely correlated with cutting parameters such as spindle speed, feed per tooth, radial depth of cut, and axial depth of cut. Optimization of cutting parameters can be achieved by applying the Taguchi method with fuzzy logic associated with the multiple performance characteristics. The results of confirmation experiments reveal that the Taguchi method with fuzzy logic can effectively reveal the optimal combination of cutting parameters and can effectively improve cutting performance in a heavy cutting process for side milling. |
