中文摘要 | 本文介紹以ISO 16063-11規範爲基礎,利用雷射干涉儀條紋計數法執行原級低頻振動校正,將原有國家度量衡標準實驗室在低頻振動校正範圍爲0.8 Hz至70 Hz,擴大校正範圍自0.4 Hz 至100 Hz,進行低頻加速規電壓靈敏度校正與量測不確定度評估。系統校正使用伺服型加速規作爲低頻振動校正之標準件,校正時擷取系統的加速規輸出電壓值,另外由雷射干涉儀擷取系統之光干涉條紋數,經由計算後得到加速規電壓靈敏度。探討影響校正系統之誤差源分析:包括利用有限元素法模擬治具結構引起加速規之振動關係、激振器於移動時準直性能測試及低頻加速規電壓靈敏度校正不確定度評估,研究結果將提供2010年低頻振動校正國際比對之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes system error source and uncertainty evaluation within frequency range from 0.8 Hz to 70 Hz of the low frequency primary vibration calibration system which follows ISO 16063-11 fringe counting method in National Measurement Laboratory (NML) in Taiwan. To improve the capability, we expand the frequency range from 0.4 Hz to 100 Hz and evaluate system uncertainty. We use a low frequency standard accelerometer (QA-3000, servo-type) as a periodic audit sample for calibrating its voltage sensitivity. The error source of system includes analysis simulation of stage fixture by finite element method, shaker stage moving collimation testing and accelerometer assessment of the sensitivity uncertainty. According to the research result, NML shall continue to evaluate the new primary vibration calibration system and conduct intercomparsions with other countries in 2010. |
