中文摘要 | 基於多數學生愛好故事的天性,研究者以國小四年級教科書內原本的課程內容為活動設計基礎,配合故事情境佈題,發展「故事式」面積數學教學模組,逐步架構矩形面積概念及公式以作為求算複合圖形面積之基礎,並探討學生在求算複合圖形面積時所運用的圖形分析策略。研究發現學生所運用的策略主要包括:「直接分割」、「扣除-填補」、「扣除重疊」、「分割-單位面積」、「分割-遞移-拼湊」、「對稱分割」等六種。研究者最後亦針對本模組之施行實況進行反思與提出建議,以做為教師教學及後續研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the students' strategies of solving multiple area problems through integrating the story into "area" instructional module. Twenty-six fourth grade students were selected to participate in this study. Based on the research purpose, related document, such as learning sheets, mathematics journal, tests, were collected and analyzed for investigating participants' problems-solving strategies during the period fo conducting area module. Results showed that integrating the story into mathematics teaching could encourage students' learning motivation. Results also indicated that students could create strategies from group discussion and cooperation, and the strategies used by students to solve multiple and complex area problems were diverse and amazing. These findings were useful for researchers to reflect and to modify the design of this area module. Finally, some suggestions were also presented in this article for teaching "area and using the "story-based" instructional module. |
