中文摘要 | 本論文提出兩個利用接地面開槽結構(defected ground structures,DGS)的微帶線濾波器設計。使用DGS的優點是它可以等效為一個並接的LC電路,因此特別便於設計等效電路中有並接LC電路的濾波器。我們設計的第一個濾波器,三階橢圓函數低通濾波器,即具備此種特性。量測結果顯示我們的設計是該濾波器集總電路模型的良好近似。此外,我們的經驗顯示應用DGS的另一好處是LC等效電路的電感與電容值可以很容易地藉著改變DGS的大小來調整。另一個濾波器設計是串接三個相同的帶受(band-accept)DGS元件成為高效能的帶通濾波器(band pass filter,BPF)。此一帶通濾波器具有深廣之止帶(stop band),而且在中心頻率之二倍頻及三倍頻處均無諧坡產生。與一具備相若性能之七階傳統耦合線濾波器設計比較,我們的設計其電路面積僅佔傳統設計之15.87%。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper two microstrip line filter designs using defected ground structures (DGS) are proposed. The advantage of using DGS is that the DGS is often equivalent to a shunt LC circuit, and thus it is straightforward to implement filters whose lumped circuit model needs a shunt LC circuit model. Our first design example, a third-order elliptic function low pass filter, is just such a case. The measurement results show that our design with DGS is a good approximation to the lumped circuit model. Our experience shows that another good thing of using DGS is that the values of the LC tank can be easily adjusted by changing the dimension of the DGS. Another filter design is a high performance band pass filter (BPF) using cascaded band-accept DGS elements. This BPF has a deep and wide stop band performance and has no harmonics at two times and three times of the central frequency. Compared to a 7th-order conventional couple-line filter which has similar a cutoff rate at stop band, our design only occupies 15.78% area of the conventional BPF. |
