中文摘要 | 本文旨在發展具有高效率,低電磁噪音,且具有節能與節材效果之交、直兩用電子式電磁接觸器。因應新型智慧型電磁接觸器在不同工作階段,必須具備節能及最佳動作性能要求,接觸器控制器用脈波寬度調變技術作為動態調整線圈電壓和供給不同能量給接觸器線圈的目的,不僅使接觸器具有足夠的電磁吸力可以穩定可靠地閉合和打開接觸器接點,而且因為有效與接觸器之反力互相整合使電磁噪音與線圈及鐵心能量損失都可以大量地降低,延長接觸器的電氣與機構壽命。根據本文之設計構想,已經在實驗室建立新型智慧型電子式接觸器的雛型,並進行相關之實驗,且由實驗結果之數據證明本文所提之新型智慧型電子式電磁接觸器確實具有相當的可行性與有效性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper mainly describes a new intelligent electromagnetic contactor that can significantly reduce the power dissipation of the contactor. It provides a wide range of the operating voltage over 24 V or 48 V. An alternating or directing current can be used as the applied coil voltage, the system controller board is designed based on the pulse width modulation (PWM) techniques. Not only the power energy saving is obtained by the new intelligent contactors, but also the other superior advantages, such as the electromagnetic noise and coil necessities are decreased greatly are also achieved,. Due to the new intelligent contactor under controlled, there is a sufficient and proper magnetic force that is used to close or open the contacts of contactor. The electrical and mechanical life of new intelligent contactor is to be prolonged. According to the designing ideas, and experimental prototype of a new intelligent contactor has been established in the laboratory. Some important tests are performed on the prototype and relative parameters are measured. Experimental results show that operating functions are feasible and well coincide with the original design goals. |
