中文摘要 | 校外實習課程是技職院校學生嘗試生涯選擇的模擬歷程,學校規劃校外實習 的本意是為了使學生能夠於在學期間到業界實際運作,落實將理論與實務結合的 理念,並期望學生能具備畢業後擁有馬上進入職場的能力。本文探討學生對校外 實習課程執行過程是否存在著衝突感受,並分析各項衝突因素對未來就業之影響 效果,以及學生個人特質對衝突因素與就業意願的差異,最後提出具體的研究結 論與改善建議,供各餐旅技職校院規劃校外實習課程之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Internship courses are the simulation of career selection for the students vocational school. The original purposes of internship are to let the students to get some real working experiences and combine theories with practical works and also let the students ready for the real position before graduation. This article is discussing the existence of conflict feeling during the process of outside courses been executed, and also analysis the effects of these conflicts factors towards student’s future occupation selection. The differences of personal characters and willingness to work are also discussed. Finally, the results and suggestions has been made for the references of hospitality vocational schools while they are planning the internship course. |
