中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高(中)職餐飲管理科教師個人屬性及餐飲技能檢定與教學 態度之相關性研究,研究對象為75 所高(中)職校餐飲管理科教師。以郵寄問卷 調查法進行資料之收集,共計回收有效問卷數為363 份。調查問卷包括三部份: 基本資料、餐飲技能檢定及餐飲教學態度評量,以SPSS For Windows12.0 套裝 統計軟體進行資料統計與分析,主要的統計方法包括描述統計、t 檢定、單因子 變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等分析方法。研究結果顯示不同的個人屬性變項在 餐飲技能檢定上及教學態度上皆有部份顯著差異,而餐飲技能檢定與餐飲教學態 度亦有部份顯著相關。研究結果將有助於規劃高(中)職餐飲管理科教師之專業 技能培育課程及促進餐飲教學品質的提昇態度。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to examine the Relationships among teachers’ generic characteristics, food and beverage skill tests and teaching attitudes for Teachers of Food and Beverage Management in Vocational High Schools. The research subjects were teachers in the department of food and beverage management from 75 vocational senior high schools. The mail survey method was conducted to collect data, generating 363 valid returned questionnaires. The questionnaire includes three parts: background information, food and beverage skill tests survey, and food and beverage teaching attitudinal inventory. Data was analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 12.0. All items were examined and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, one way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. The results of the research show that different background variables have significant differences on food and beverage skill tests and teaching attitudes. In addition, food and beverage skill tests are significantly correlated to food and beverage teaching attitudes in some areas. These findings can be used to plan skill training programs for vocational senior high school teachers and to enhance the quality of food and beverage education. |
