中文摘要 | 融合教育的學校革新已成了達到教育機會均等目標之重要發展方向,在面臨教育變革之際,學校領導者在整個社會政治脈絡中扮演著實踐的角色。而如何將融合教育的理念落實,營造一個優質學校,為當前學校領導領域的重大課題,值得校長們重視。本文採用文獻探討,從美國推動融合教育措施的「美國都市學校改進研究所」(National Institute for Urban School Improvement, NIUSI)之理念、主張與策略作一介紹,並提及我國融合教育實施的困境,最後提出學校領導者與教育行政機關營造融合教育優質學校的策略,作為我國實施的參考。 |
英文摘要 | School innovation of inclusion is a crucial development for equality of educational opportunity. As facing educational reform, principals play enacted roles in the sociopolitical context. It will become a major issue that how to practice inclusion and how to construct a quality school. First, the essay introduces the viewpoints and strategies about inclusion from National Institute for Urban School Improvement in USA. Besides, it points out the difficulties about carrying out inclusion in Taiwan. Finally, the author suggests some strategies about constructing a quality school of inclusion for school leaders and educational administrators. |
