中文摘要 | 本文藉有限差分法研究聚苯乙烯在圓盤及長條形模穴之射出成型中背壓冷卻階段的數學模擬。由模擬結果顯本研究所採用之階段模式可避免Chung之模式所出現的矛盾現象。同時,本研究採用二段式模式所得之模擬結果較文獻中由單一模式所得結果佳,此外,由本究之結果顯示,在背壓階段中,剪率及壓力對系統黏度之影響不宜忽略。 |
英文摘要 | The behavior of PS in disk and strip-shaped cavities during the packing and cooling stages for an injection molding process is studied by means of the finite difference method. Simulated results reveal that the model used in the present study for the packing stage can avoid the conflicting phenomena which appeared in Chung’s model for one dimensional flow. The results obtained by the two-stage model proposed in the present study for packing and cooling stages are better than that obtained by the unified model reported in literature. It is also shown that the effects of shear rate and pressure on the melt viscosity during packing stage may not be neglected. |
