中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學的學校學習文化評鑑指標的建構,並從「學校學習文化」與「教師專業承諾」之間的關係來探討學學習文化的效標關聯效度,作為「國民小學學校文化評鑑指標」建構的檢效標,依據檢驗結果,提出結論與建議。歸納本研究以臺北縣市公立國民小學教師共計502位為調查對象,進行項目分析及信度效度考驗之後的結果如下:(一)國民小學的學校學習文化評鑑指標的建構良好,其信度及效度皆佳,(二)國民小學學校學習文化與教師專業承諾之間的效標關聯效度佳,(三)學校學習文化對教師專業承諾具有顯著的預測力。 |
英文摘要 | The propose of this study was to verify reliability and validity for School Learning Culture Evaluation Indicators and to inquire the relationship between school learning culture and teacher professional commitment in elementary schools. The study methods were adopted literature review and questionnaire. In questionnaire aspect, the subjects included 502 elementary school teachers in Taipei City and Taipei County. The collected data were analyzed through the methods of Item analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. To sum up, conclusions were made as followings: (1)To verify School learning culture Evaluation Indicators’ reliability and validity are good, (2)There is positive correlation existed between the learning culture and teacher professional commitment, and (3)Among all dimension of school learning culture, the highest prediction to total teacher professional commitment is the structure and system of promoting teacher learning. |
