中文摘要 | 臺北市教學輔導教師制度係臺北市政府教育局,近年來為了一方面促進資深教師的自我更新發展與經驗傳承,另方面為了有效協助、支持與輔導初任教師和教學有困難的教師,所努力推動教育政策之一。本文先文獻探討教學輔導教師制度的意義與目的、遴選標準與程序、培訓、輔導對象與配對方式、角色職責與工作條件等重要內涵,並說明臺北市教學輔導教師制度在以往的規劃與試辦修正過程;其認,提出臺北市試辯該制度的實施現況與成效,最後再論述該制度的實施展望,以做為未來繼續努力的參酌。 |
英文摘要 | The mentor teacher program is one of educational reform initiatives recently implemented by Taipei City Government. The purposes of the program are to facilitate the self-renewal of senior teachers in one hand, and to assist and support the beginning teachers and marginal teachers on the other. In this paper, some basic concepts of mentor teacher program are reviewed. And then the planning and modifying process of mentor teacher program in Taipei public schools is explained. While the current implementation situation and achievement of the program are presented, some ideas and suggestions for the program application in the future are provided by the author. |
