中文摘要 | 本文運用模糊集理論,考慮地震引致砂土層液化影響因子之不確定性,發展液化模糊效度及模糊機率評估方法。首先由國內外地震液化案例的驗證,選擇①Youd and Idriss(1997)②Robertson and Wride (1998)③Olsen (1997)三種液化評估結果較佳的簡易法為基礎,建立砂土層模糊液化潛能評估模式,估算土層液化模糊效度及模糊機率,及計算整孔液化平均模糊效度(U□)及平均模糊機率(Pf□),再由國內外地震液化案例,建立的「高」、「中」、「低」三種液化潛能模糊變數,進行液化潛能分級。本文的研究結果,除建立液化潛能分級:當U□(或Pf□)>0.36為高液化潛能,當0.17≤U□(或Pf□)≤0.36為中液化潛能,當U□(或Pf□)<0.17為低液化潛能,並模擬1999年集集地震規模,繪製員林地區液化潛勢等值圖,其與現地調查結果相符,可供防災規劃及土地利用之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The fuzzy set theory is employed to analyze the uncertainty of influencing factors of sand liquefaction caused by earthquake. Based on the formula developed by (1) Youd and Idriss (1997) (2) Robertson and Wride (1998) and (3) Olsen (1997), the weighted average utility (U□) and liquefaction probability (Pf□) of soil are calculated. In this study, three levels (high, medium and low) of liquefaction potential fuzzy variable are established. The results indicate while that liquefaction potential is defined as high level for U□ (or Pf□) >0.36, is defined as moderate level for 0.17≤U□ (or Pf□) ≤0.36, defined as low level for U□ (or Pf□) <0.17. The liquefaction potential contour is made for Yuanlin district in the central Taiwan. Based on Youd and idriss's methods, high liquefaction utility and high liquefaction probability are found uniformly distributed in the east of county road 141 and in the south of county road 147. The predicted result matches the field investigation in the area after the Chi-Chi earthquake in Taiwan, 1999. The proposed methods developed in this study can be employed in the apneas of mitigation planning and land use planning. |
