中文摘要 | 本文報導風力發電系統的基本技術概要,分為風能與風的特性、現場條件、風力機分類、風力機運轉與控制及風力發電系統元件等。 針對風能與風特則介紹為裝設風力發電系統時必需的現場氣象資料,如風況圖、亂流強度、風力分布、剪風分布及風配圖等予以臨倉,為我國普遍裝設風力發電系統所需具備的風況氣象資料予以報導。 現場條件則針對現場基本條件與地形種類分別依IEC61400-12標準予以介紹。風力機的分類則依容量大小、轉軸配置、工學原理及速度別予以分行。風力機的運動轉與控制則介紹市電併聯型、獨立型及複合型的區別、運轉模式、風速定義、上下風型風機及風機控制等詳加報導。風機控制則分別報導目前風機的轉速控制及方位控制等。風力發電系統元件則介紹風力機、發電機及電力設備的組成。本文可提供讀者風力發電系統的全貌,以為進一步研究風力發電系統的寶貴資料。 |
英文摘要 | This context will provide the fundamental technical information with regard to wind turbine generating system. It contains the wind resources and wind characteristics, site requirements, wind turbine classification, wind turbine operation and control, wind generation system elements, etc. With regard to wind resources and wind characteristics, it introduces some important meteorological information which should be needed before installation of the system, such as; wind atlas, turbulence intensity, wind velocity distribution, wind shear and wind rose, etc. For the site requirements it explained the fundamental site requirements and study of various site classifications based on IEC61400-12 standard. The wind turbines are classified in accordance with their capacity, rotor axis arrangement, engineering types, and speeds, etc. in the operation and control of wind turbine, we introduced the grid connected system, non-grid connected system and hybrid system. It also informed the wind operation mode definition of wind velocity, up/down wind type, and wind turbine control, such as pitch control, stall control and yaw control, etc. This context also introduced the elements of wind turbine, generators and electrical power devices. This context is intended to inform the total technical view of the wind generation system for the needs of further study of the system. The readers may refer to the reference documents for further understandings. |
